Introduction: Bullous pemphigoid (BP) is an uncommon chronic, autoimmune, and subepidermal disease. It can be associated with drugs, u.v. irradiation, and X-ray therapy. There is a number of reports on bullous pemphigoid (BP) induced by DPP-IV inhibitors (vildagliptin, sitagliptin, saxagliptin).
